A simple 3-step process to maximise marketing results

Step 1.
Strategise

It’s a given today that strategy trumps tactics every time and so we believe that a review of where you are now and where you want to go is the first place to start.

You may already have some kind of strategy and marketing plan in place, but revisiting it with an external perspective can often bring an added level of clarity.

Even if you’re just looking to implement a content calendar, want to launch a new service to existing customers and prospects or carry out a complete brand overhaul, it’s important to look at the whole picture.

We’ve devised a specific questionnaire that will ask you pertinent and sometimes intrusive questions about your business that we will take you through in a face-to-face or video meeting.

This will give us a detailed insight into you, your business, your customers, your objectives and the assets and marketing activity you already do or have already tested, if any.

Step 2.
Plan/Propose

Armed with your commercial priorities and marketing budget, we will be able to advise the best course of action for maximum impact and minimum spend.

We will produce a proposal with up to three partnership options of how we can work together. This will specify the marketing activity we recommend you do to achieve the results you are aiming for, whether any activity should be stopped or how it can be improved.

Our proposals will also include information on how much it will cost to plan, manage and implement alongside any existing resources you have.

You’ll be provided estimates for all associated costs, including design, management and production fees along with an idea of any advertising placement charges and/or digital budgets.

We’ll then discuss with you your preferred method of working, and which level of support you would like to get started with.

Step 3.
Execute

At this point, you will have a clear idea of how to achieve what you want to from marketing and how we can help.

It’s then simply a case of deciding how you’d like to engage with us, if at all. If you think Match Marketing Services is the company you’d like to work with, then this is where we get to work and leave you to focus on what you do best – running your business.

We’ll determine upfront what level of your involvement is needed and available, an approval and reporting process and meeting frequency and then go away and manage all of the marketing services agreed. There’ll be minimal time input required by you, but the reassurance that we’re available whenever you need us.

From here, we’ll turn your strategy into a plan and manage everything needed to put this plan into action – from negotiating with advertisers, setting deadlines and managing campaigns to instructing our network of experienced freelancers as and when required.
