Background

The directors were experiencing a marketing skills gap and lack of resources internally but wanted to ramp up activity to promote their specialist outsourced property management services and its benefits to letting agents. Having previously worked with a full-service agency as well as employing someone, they wanted a compromise of both that would offer a more flexible and cost-effective service.

What we did

We worked closely with them to first analyse past marketing activity and channels, what worked well and what could be improved. From the insights gained and after thorough market research into the most appropriate advertising opportunities and marketing channels, we developed an annual marketing plan based on an agreed budget. We then became their outsourced marketing function, running all marketing campaign activity as well as special one-off projects, liaising with suppliers and providing regular reporting.

Background

Independent business owner and qualified juice therapist, Juliet, had a successful business making and supplying freshly prepared juice to local consumers and small businesses. Having increased her range of services to include 1-2-1 consultation and workshops, she needed to ensure her website was up to date and that her business was aptly promoted locally in line with her supply capability.  

What we did

We got to know Juliet, understand her inspiration for starting the business and her goals for steady growth. It became apparent that her personal story was an integral part of the brand and so we used this to her advantage. For the last three years, we have worked with Juliet on an ad-hoc project basis to support her with relevant content and marketing as her business grows.

Background

Like most successful and busy business owners, the MD of Zinq IT knew that he needed to develop customer case studies that not only demonstrated their IT capabilities, but also their service. However, they didn’t have the time or writing expertise internally to get this project off the ground and completed.

What we did

During an initial meeting we learned all we needed to know about Zinq IT and their services. From this, we recommended a case study structure and managed the whole process for them, from contacting clients and arranging interview, to drafting the copy, managing the approval process and liaising with the developer to get the case studies live.

Background

The business had achieved incredible success through a network of recommendation and referrals. However, they recognised that in order to protect the business they needed to look at external and independent ways of recruiting clients.

What we did

Initially working on a project basis, we set about working up a growth strategy that would meet their objectives. We produced an activity plan and core strategies such as building a social media presence, affiliates and cross sales opportunities. We were subsequently engaged on a retained basis and managed all of the marketing activity.

This growing business had developed an intelligent care management software that would save staff time, improve note quality and generate accurate reporting. They now needed to educate the sector on the long-term benefits to care providers and the people they cared for. We joined the team with the purpose of setting a marketing strategy and supporting their existing in-house resource.

What we did

The business had a high-growth objective and they wanted marketing activity to help support this. As a result, we prepared a full marketing campaign strategy with content marketing and thought leadership at its core. We first set about revising all communications to simplify the product offering before identifying key advertising and PR opportunities. We then supported the tactical implementation of this marketing plan as well as restructuring their CRM, how they managed data and leads and how best to nurture them through automation and sales management.
